We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit. We DO NOT offer refunds, so please be mindful when purchasing.

This does not apply to sale items. All sale items are final and not available for return or exchange.

Please keep in mind, for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met:

The item is unworn, brand new condition with no marks or stains (including makeup, spray tan, dog hair etc) with original packaging. Please note: ADthelabel reserve the right to refuse a return if upon inspection the item is not in the original condition.

Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days processing time. A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card with no expiry. A store credit will not include shipping costs.
